澳大利亚初中留学申请要求

一、申请要求

· 中国学生的家庭在澳洲要有直系的亲属、亲戚，必须是有血缘关系的，已经拿到了澳洲的身份，或者已经加入了澳洲国籍的

· 中国的孩子要在国内完成小学六年级的课程或者是相当于初一的预科，就可以到澳洲继续衔接初中

· 语言要求很低，孩子可以到澳洲读一段时间的语言课程，然后直接参加澳洲的学习

· 中国学生如果在澳洲没有直系亲属作为监护人的话，父母一方可以同时申请陪读签证，过去作为监护人进行陪读

三、教学体系

(一)课程介绍

澳洲中学开设课程范围很广泛，主要通过教师的讲授、小组讨论和自习等方式来学习，少有作业。初中第一年或前两年是所有学生均参加的通识教育。随后几年，学生的学习由核心课程和自己选修的课程组成。

核心课程通常包括英语、数学、科学、社会与环境、英语之外的第二外语、科技与应用等。10年级之后，大部分学生会进入高级中学11年级、12年级(相当于我国高二及高三)，以面向大学升学为主，同时也包含职业性课程的训练准备。12年级毕业后，学生可根据自身的需要和能力，选择就业或继续学业。

(二)公立中学

1.由政府投资管理，师资教学由州政府教育部统一管理。

2.由于主要生源是当地学生，所以语言环境较好，通常有独立校园，环境设施比较优良。

3.学费相对较便宜，各州学费相对差异不大，一年的学费一般在1.1-1.4万澳币(约合人民币7-9万)。

4.住宿形式一般都是寄宿家庭。

5.申请时若无雅思，语言一般要读20周，但学生若成绩优秀，可不必读完20周即可转入主课。甚至成绩好，还有可能跳级。

People once asked me: “Why did you choose architecture?” I couldn’t give asimple answer for that. Maybe it was because I like painting and constructionsince childhood. I also earnestly yearn to create beautiful things on my own andarchitecture can satisfy my imagination inSPAce, materials, and color. My borninterest in this sector is also because of my parents, who are both structuralengineer and electrical engineer, influencing me gradually and unconsciouslysince I was a kid and giving me perceptual knowledge in the field. After myfive-year study in the Department of Architecture, and one-year work experiencein architectural design, I ask myself this same question. The result is thataside from the factors mentioned above, what really makes me choose architectureis its intrinsic appeal, which is just like the maxim written inside thebuilding of the Department of Architecture: “Architecture is the combination ofart and technology.”

Perhaps when a person is engaged in what his keen interest blossoms, hewill never feel tired, instead he would feel motivated and have an enrichingexperience. Five years‘ academic study in the School of Architecture and Arts ofUniversity of _ transformed my instinctive excitement and imagination aboutarchitecture into systematic knowledge and comprehensive understanding. Thistransformation, first of all, lies in my skills in the fine arts. Differing frommy previous mere interest in fine arts, the study of architecture makes me beginto ponder on how to draw using aesthetic elements from fine arts such as color,lighting and composition to apply to architecture. I was so dedicated to suchbrainstorming and imagination that I would always work around the clock in thestudio for days on end. Secondly, the study of basic architectural courses, suchas architectural structure, mechanics and materials science, makes me realizethat architecture not only gives importance on aesthetics, but also on the moreessential functionality and practicality. In that process, I realized thatarchitecture is not only an art, but also more importantly a sort of technology.Five years of college study gives me a deeper comprehension of architecture,that is, architecture is also part of other cultures - it is subject to othercultures‘ influence, and at the same time it influences other cultures.

Because of my childhood architectural background, coupled with my lastingkeen interest in architecture, I gained excellent achievements in the majorcourses of my college study, ranked top three in the class, and also receivedfirst prize scholarships and many other scholarships for five consecutive years.Besides, owing to my understanding of architecture, I am not satisfied with meretextbook knowledge. I believe architecture is not only a skill but also, moreimportantly, a combination of creativity and imagination. An excellentarchitecture designer needs not only solid architectural skills and knowledge,but also needs nourishment from fine arts, materials science, engineering andculture. For that purpose, I read quite extensively, understood thearchitectural history of different countries - especially European architecturalhistory, learnt from works of modern and contemporary architecturalmasterpieces, and gained insights on their design conceptions that are full ofcreativity and connotation. The knowledge I have gained from these effortsheightens my interests and my desire for creation.

I had the opportunity to put to practice this desire for creation duringthe last stage of my college study. During the second semester of my fourthyear, I interned with _ for half a year where I participated in theenvironmental design of the _ astronomical station and the conceptual design ofthe Phoenix Residential Complex in _. These experiences gave me insights intothe relationship between a building‘s space and its functionality, as well asarchitectural design‘s feasibility, which is an important factor to considerwhen designing.

After graduating in 2002, I worked with an excellent architectural designinstitute, engaging in architectural design. In the meantime, I participated inthe conceptual design and design drafts of the janitor’s room, the main machinehall of _ Company Ltd. I was also responsible for the design of the drafts ofthe multi-purpose hall in _ , _ and the renovation design of the _ Archivesof the _. Because of my prominent achievements, I was quickly promoted as anexception from draftsmen to designer, and I later got the assistant engineercertificate in a short period of time.

Besides this, another intense desire of mine is to comprehensively learnthe relationship between architecture and culture, and through the study ofwestern architecture, to determine China‘s own architectural style. China onceboasted of a developed ancient architecture, while its modern architecture losesthe characteristics of its indigenous culture, a great deal of architecturelingers merely on the stage of rough and superficial imitation of westernarchitecture. I hope to form a sort of architectural design conception withcharacteristics of China‘s traditional culture after extensively absorbingmodern architectural theories and technologies. That is what I yearn to do andalso what I believe I can make.

澳大利亚留学签证要求须知

1.材料要求

澳洲留学签证要提交的材料包括申请表、护照、户口本、身份证、出生公证原件、在读证明或毕业证、CoE、学校录取通知、GTE、OSHC保险凭证、存款证明、经济担保信、在职人员还要提交工作简历和工作证明等。

用于递交学生签证的所有材料和信息必须是真实的。含有任何错误或误导性的虚假材料或信息的学生签证申请可能会导致申请被拒签。

2.保险要求

申请澳洲留学签证必须购买保险并提供保单，申请人必须购买OSHC海外学生健康保险。澳洲政府认证提供OSHC的主流供应商有六个，分别是AHM、NIB、CBHS、BUPA、Medibank和Alliance，学生可以按照自己的喜好自由选择。

按照2019年的费用标准，最基本的海外学生医疗保险，即达到政府规定的最低保险要求的保险计划，留学生一年的保险费在460-560澳元左右。

3.申请要求

澳洲移民局宣布从2016年7月1日起，所有的澳洲留学签证申请必须通过澳大利亚内政事务部(Department of HomeAffairs)的ImmiAccount在网上递交，即目前澳洲留学签证办理都是通过线上。

移民局规定澳大利亚留学签证申请至少在课程起始日的12周前递交，即要提前近3个月递交签证申请。为了加快签证申请，一定确保所递交的材料正确、完整。

4.体检要求

同学们在递交申请后要自行打印体检表格，并到指定的医院体检。体检为3-5个工作日左右，体检医院会自行上传学生的体检报告给澳使馆。

必须要在澳洲移民局认可医院进行检查，且至少在医院结束服务时间前1小时到达医院。医院业务繁忙，留学生体检可能需要预约，同学们可以根据医院联系方式打电话过去预约。

5.审核要求

递交申请后需要耐心等待等待1-2个月左右，为了缩短签证审批时间，递交签证申请时一定要附上所有所需文件，否则将面临审批延迟或拒签。
